I have been using a stash of batik material, most of which was given to me by friends.
What was your inspiration?
The fabric is quite an inspiration. It is large enough stash that i will able to make two sets of each patch. When we are done I will have two quilts. My sister is make the patches in totally different style of fabrics. She will also have two quilts. I am making one for me and one for her. and she is making one for me and more and one for herself. We are planning to make one more set in American colors. This has really gotten us motivated!!
