What materials did you use? Cotton fabric, polyester wadding and polyester thread for the FMQ (as recommended by Leah Day).

What are you most proud of? Getting it to look okay, even though I was a bit worried that I wouldn't! (Some of the blades are a bit wonky, but it hasn't put me off the idea of possibly making a whole quilt with Dresden Plate blocks!)

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Go for it!

Thank you - this is my third project with this range of fabric, so I shall look forward to a change!

Thank you - I need so much more practice, but I'm always in too much of a hurry. Patience is not something I have a lot of!

Thank you, Caraline - I'm on the home straight now and simply dying to finish this! It's been such a marathon as I didn't start until October!

I really like your quilt blocks and FMQ looks great. I was wondering if there is a photo of the whole finished quilt? Or maybe I just haven't seen it yet?

Just finished it (last night - 14 February), so will be posting a picture shortly. At the moment I'm waiting for the sun to come round into the window to make a nice photo. Thank you for your kind comments.

This is terrific! Nice colors and the texture is really fun! I looked at several of your blocks just now, but will wear myself out commenting on each one. So suffice it to say Ms Suffolk, they are some fun stuff! ...and now let me go untangle my tongue!

Thank you so much! I just finished the whole thing last night (bleeding fingers now, from all that hand-sewing round the border!). Will post a picture shortly.
