What was your inspiration?
I love the color combination of blue and brown, and I loved the way this periwinkle mingled with the rich brown. I knew these colors belonged together in a sweater, so this is the result.
What are you most proud of?
The vent at the bottom of the sweater was particularly challenging, and I'm very happy with how it turned out.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't be afraid to customize by changing some details. I would shorten the sleeves if I were to reknit this one.
