I have thought about some classes to round out my skills and learn new trickes with my cakes and love what are being put out here but am a little PUT-OFF and offended here by most of these stating they are for "WOMEN," I am a MAN and I bake cakes, my mother baked for over 40 years, and out of 5 siblings I was the only one that took it up. I bake all occasion cakes as well as very beautiful wedding cakes. I always love to learn new techneques for my cakes. My wife helps me at times but I do all the decorating by myself. I just feel discriminated against here, and if the class videos are the same I do not feel they will be of any use to us.

I don't think the classes are gender specific. There is no reason why men shouldn't bake and decorate great cakes. There are many male cake decorators around so don't feel discriminated against.
