Materials

Bulky-weight yarn, size 9 12" circ. needle, size 10 19" circular needle, cable needle, tapestry needle, and scissors.

What was your inspiration?

I wanted a hat to match my mittens, but I didn't want to be dressed all in gray for winter. So, I just made a hat with the same CABLE as my mittens. And to all you color-coders out there, that still counts as matching in my book. ;) The picture didn't turn out as great as I would have hoped. It looks alot better on.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

LOL Carla you are right I don't have a pattern for this, but just like with the Bella mittens I can certainly type one up for you. If you can do the pattern for the Bella mittens, this will be a PIECE OF CAKE! Just email me to remind me to send you instructions. It will probably be email format because the instructions are so very simple. ;)
