What are you most proud of? The effect of the white and black turned out quite nice. I seem to get lots more compliments on this one than other quiltes, so maybe I should stick to black and white from now on???? Just a thought...

What advice would you give someone starting this project? The stars -at least for me - are always challenging because my points and seams don't always match up. Cut and sew carefully to make sure everything can align, but have fun making it. And beware your dimensions, this quilt turned out about 25% bigger than originally intended!

Black and white is nice; so, are stars (sooo many kinds). Nice work. Along with many other pieces I want to make someday, I have a black and white quilt or two in my future. I made a black and white wall hanging and used a narrow red inner border. That touch of color really set it off and didn't distract.

When did you sneak this one in. I love black and white and the gradation is fabulous. Once again congrats.

Thanks Ladymax... This was one of the first projects I made after deciding I was going to start quilting again a few years back. It was actually on my bed keeping me warm this past week or so. :-) :-) :-)
