What was your inspiration?
The title and design as I made this for my dear friend to celebrate her 65th birthday.
What are you most proud of?
This was not a difficult pattern, but you really had to concentrate as you pieced and cut to create the pinwheels. I had to re-cut 2 of them, just made it with the fabric. I planned on machine quilting but ended up having it long armed.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Take your time when sewing and cutting as it is easy to get it wrong.
