Tell us more about what inspired you. I was inspired to make a little something special to celebrate Craftsy.com's birthday - Congratulations on 3 years on the internet!

What materials did you use? I put some design elements I've never used before on this CAS (Clean and Simple) card - this was my first time making a pop-up card (thanks btw for the blog tutorial), first time sewing on card stock, first time using the masking technique, and first time using my distress inks to make an ombre stained background. I used some adorable stamps by Penny Black, Lawn Fawn and My Favorite Things and used dies by Spellbinder, Simon Says Stamps, and MFT. As usual - I put my copic markers to work to color my images. I find that the little details often make the difference and I therefore used my handy little scissors to fussy cut things out like I do on many of my cards. My pictures didn't really pick-up on the fact that the airplane has CRAFTSY.COM printed on the side - but since this card was inspired by Craftsy's birthday... I figured... why not really dedicate the card to the occasion. If you want to see the pop-up card in action or want more information on the supplies I used, please go to my YouTube channel to get the details. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zs_I6wrF0Z0
