Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Used small and medium blossom cutters to cut out blossom. Using technique learn from Zoe Clark class, to do brush embroidery on the blossom cut out one place into cake, then using royal icing piped in the lace effect. Bow was technique used from Rachael Teufel class.
What are you most proud of? The lace effect was really effective and the brush embroidery (good technique to use, great for those who doesn't have steady hands like myself ?
