What are you most proud of?
I had a lot of fun with this cake. This was the first time I made filler flowers and hydrangea's. I think they came out pretty good but my centers need to be a little smaller.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Give yourself plenty of time. The flowers can go quickly once you get on a roll but sometimes it is hard to do that if you have to stop every hour or so. My kids do not understand my artistic process! :)
