What was your inspiration?
I wanted to make a girly quilt for a new baby. I used this one panel of fabric and worked on my free motion quilting skills. I tried a new binding technique where I used two colors of fabric and the accent color is a flange.
What are you most proud of?
The free motion quilting. I only started FMQ 2 years ago but I'm gaining control!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
No one will notice the FMQ mistakes. Just go with it!
