What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be creative, mix and match fun prints. Add your own touch with buttons, embroidery floss, etc. These make great gifts for other sewing enthusiasts.NOTE: If making these Birdies as Xmas ornaments, omit the weighted bag insert and just use all polyfil for stuffing so the Birdie is lighter in weight.

The pattern should be easy to see and is free so the best way to know for sure is to download it and give it a try!
