just made an extra large log cabin panel and used it as the outside of a binder cover.

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

Type of item: Functional

Fabric Scraps , Chalkboard Fabric, Sewing Machine, Scissors

What was your inspiration?

A lightbulb went off in my head.

What are you most proud of?

The inside panel is chalkboard fabric!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Have fun with it! I think for the next one I will make two panels and sew them together instead of one big panel.

I have not heard of chalkboard fabric. This is a real neat way of doing the block.
