Instructions

I used my own material so no bugs.. but still the nine patch,,,

Difficulty:

Category: Quilting

For: Girls

Style: Funky

Materials

bold colors.. cotton material

What was your inspiration?

I like how the pattern looked but wanted to change the colors and material. The name of the book that I got the instructions from is called "Quilts for Babies & Kids". created for leisure arts by house of white birches.

What are you most proud of?

The colors look real good together.. bold but beautiful..

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Just have fun with it..

This is amazing, great job. I am inspired. I have been looking for a pattern to make my fifth grandbaby a quilt, and I think this is it. Looks easy to do without a pattern.

i made the 2 squares into triangles using the method of the line down the middle like with febs. blocks.. for the yellow and multicolored.. of course you need to have really contrasting colors for those.. and the others are 9 patches.. very easy to do when you know the easy way to make the triangle squares.. I made mine larger than the pattern.. added a few rows to it.. just need to add the batting and quilt it..
