What materials did you use? A lightweight printed fabric (probably a cotton/polyester blend), and blue lightweight fabric for the lining. both have been stashed for a really long time, and cost be around $5 from the local emporium.

What are you most proud of? I "made up" this pattern as I went. And it's lined! I used the skirt-sloper from the A-Line course as a guide, and folded it over at the widest part, and used that for the "waist" measurement, and then followed the angles (and added length) for the body of the skirt.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Because the fabric I was using was so light, I made an identical lining (just a bit shorter), and after sewing the side seams on the shell and the lining, sewed them together inside out, and then from the right side, sewed a casing for some fine elastic. It has worked well!
