I used to make these dolls back in the early 80's! Found some heads and hands and the pattern book on Ebay, and thought I'd make some now.

What are you most proud of?

People love these dolls!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Have fun with color!!

I have the whole set and sold another entire set on Ebay along with different coloured sets of head and hands. Still have black ones and other colours. Love to make them.

My mom made these back in the 80s for my oldest daughter and some of my nieces. I am going to go into my basement and see if I still have the patterns for them. My grand daughter loves strawberry shortcake. You did a great job and love the colors you chose

Thanks! I'm making a purple one now. I used to make them in the 80's for my daughter. Wish I still had those. Hope you find your patterns.
