Instructions

The pattern calls for a magnetic snap, which I couldn't locate readily at any local shop. I used velcro, placing it according to the instructions. It works fine! I'm using my clutch to keep my checkbooks and memo pads together in my purse--I'm not a huge coupon clipper.

Difficulty:

Category: Sewing

Type of item: Accessory

For: Women

Style: Casual

Materials

batik charm pack, fusible interfacing, velcro

What was your inspiration?

I saw a similar project posted here on Craftsy, still had plenty of batik charms, and a need to collect the loose things in the bottom of my new charm pack tote. Necessity meets creativity.

What are you most proud of?

The color placement turned out great--wish the camera could show you better how rich this looks.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Take your time and have fun rearranging the bricks. Its sort of time consuming project, but not all that difficult. The instructions are clear.
