Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. The instructions and video in the mini class are excellent. I have cooked the pizza with and without a pizza stone. I prefer it with the pizza stone but sometimes I can't be bothered using it and it turns out fine without it. This is definitely my favourite pizza dough - the classic naples-style napoletana

What are you most proud of? The result is perfect every time. I love the fact that the dough can be frozen so making one batch is enough for 4 pizzas!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Give it a go! It may be daunting at first but the video explains the process so well and it's so worth it in the end!

Did any of you find that the " Classic " printed recipe forgot to include the oil and sugar??

I followed the classic recipe as is, no oil or sugar and it turned out great

The classic didn't forget the sugar and oil because the classic recipe is different from the "American" version. The Napoletana (Italian) version never has sugar or oil in it.
