I had a hard time too finding the recipe. Go to "my blog" in my fav things at the top of the page
Ingredients: 1 Cup Plain Flour, 1 Cup Self Raising Flour, 1 Cup Brown Sugar, 1 Egg, 160-170 grams (Very) Soft Butter. Start with 160 but if dough is too dry add extra 10 grams butter. 1 Cup of Choc Chips. If you are not a big chocolate fan you can change it to 1 cup of Nuts, Raisins, Peanut Butter etc. Method: Step 1~ Preheat oven 180 Fan Forced oven. Mix all dry ingredients together, then add egg and melted butter. Step 2~ Form dough into 30 medium sized balls, and place on baking tray. Press down gently to slightly flatten them out. Step 3~ Bake 10-15 minutes. After baking place cookies on a cooling rack. Now if your eggs aren't rotten or your oven isn't broken, these should turn out great and open your eyes to what real chocolate chip cookies should taste like!
hi! i'm ronnie and does anyone have a better idea for making granola bars crunchier? o have a great recipe for a peanut butter granola bar, but i can't get them crunchy even after they have cooled it's still to soft the recipe call for it to be baked only for 15 minutes i'm afraid that i'll burn it if i bake it longer.
Would it work to turn the oven off a few minutes before the time is up and then let them sit in the oven for an extra few minutes? Just a thought.
