What was your inspiration?
My "go to stitch" in crochet is the Griddle Stitch...some people call it a Seed Stitch and others refer to it as a single/double. I love the texture, the simplicity and the beauty of this stitch. Well, I decided to make a baby blanket for my Crochet 101 class and this is what I came up with for them to make. Very easy, super simple to customize with different colors and an all around favorite blanket for moms and kids alike.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is a great project to delve into chart reading. I supply both written and chart instructions.
