What was your inspiration?
It was my daughters inspiration, I created what she told me she wanted. While the veil was purchased, we embellished it with flowers cut out from the lace as well as pearl beads.
What are you most proud of?
Putting it together without any unpicking!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make a sample out of a similar material you can unpick. Satin is very unforgiving that way. Make all the adjustments you need on the sample and then use that to make your final product.
