Supplies:1 Men’s or oversized dress shirt
1 piece of 1/2″ (1 cm) wide elastic: length if your waist circumference measurement
Step 1: Cut the sleeves and collar off the dress shirt.
Step 2: Cut straight across the top of the shirt, 3″ (7.6 cm) above the pockets.
