This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
The Perfect Fit Seamless Crazy Lace Cardigan »

Difficulty:

Category: Knitting

Type of item: Clothing

For: Women

Style: Casual

Materials

100% Alpaca DK yarn

What was your inspiration?

Myra Wood's many beautiful crazy lace cardigans.

What are you most proud of?

Conquering my fear of lace - it really is very simply YOs and decreases. NOTHING else! Can you believe???

And to top it off, if you make mistakes, the garment has so many 'holes' anyway, that any mistakes simply disappear in the lace.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I used 100% alpaca yarn and that is about as 'hairy' a yarn as I would recommend. Can't imagine how difficult this project would be using mohair.

Go for it! Don't be afraid to make mistakes.

Oh my goodness this is beautiful! Question, do you think this class is too advanced for a beginner?
