I'm so impressed! I too have wanted to make myself an item of clothing in crochet (after countless blankets, afghans, scarves and slippers, etc... : ) and your project is exactly what I'd like to make. Seeing the lovely job you've done has inspired me to forge ahead and give it my all. I bought my yarn this weekend, downloaded the pattern and I'm off! Thanks so much for the encouragement and inspiration.

Thank you so much!! i am so happy to have inspired you :) I added extra rounds to the edging part on the sweater and sleeves so that I could include the one round of blue. My favorite part of crocheting is playing around with patterns and yarns to make them a little more unique. I wish you all the fun and enjoyment with your sweater as I had when I was making mine! I hope you will share pics of your finished project :)
