Beer cans, old scissors, hole punch, acrylic yarn, beads, bells & tassels for embellishments.
What was your inspiration?
My sister wanted a kitschy beer can hat. Things got out of hand at one of our annual week long family reunions and Beer Belly was born. The motto of this project is "Beer & Belly Dancing; a symbiotic relationship".
What are you most proud of?
Not sure that I should be proud of anything in this project other than the fact that I didn't get cut making this. And the fact that our entire family, (adult family members only, please) , had such a good time playing around with this silly project.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Be careful, cut cans are sharp. Do not use your good scissors to cut the cans out.
