What was your inspiration?
This is a 21st birthday present. Purple was the only requirement. So inspiration came from Modern Quilts project 'Scattered Squares'. I turned it into an album quilt so that her much loved nephew could add his bit to the quilt. I also applied lessons from other Craftsy courses like Design It: Quilt It
What are you most proud of?
The back - as strange as that may sound. I was concerned that because I am only learning how to machine quilt that, because the thread would show on the back it might not look so good. It was a good reminder to me to choose backing thoughtfully so the threads don't show.
