What was your inspiration?
I wanted to find a way to make a classic black beret more distinctive and eye catching. The black glass beads catch the light and accent a gothic arch lace pattern around the face. The look is very classic & elegant while the feel is luxurious.
What are you most proud of?
I'm pleased with the uniqueness of the pattern & beads.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Carefully plan where to place beads in hand knitting in advance.
