What are you most proud of? Pulling off a wedding cake and getting it to the restaurant in one piece! My friend said, "Hey! You wanna make my wedding cake?" "Sure, why not, I have no idea what I'm doing and it's only your wedding day? What could go wrong?!"

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Set aside a little time for the piping and don't put too much icing in the bag to give your hand less of a work out!
