Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Pastillage, royal icing, gumpaste, make your own mold, poured chocolate, modeling chocolate
What are you most proud of? The longhorns!!!!!!!! I origonally wanted to do them out of poured sugar but decided to do chocolate instead. I then airbrushed them for a bronze look There are 8 on the cake. They are there because once the runners cross the finish line which is the suspension bridge you pass 12 life size longhorns.
