What materials did you use? Purple-based batik fabric and synthetic suede with a waterproof purple fabric for the lining.

I really love my new Slouch bag. In fact, I will be making another, but next time I don't think I'll bother with the inner zip pocket. Instead I will do one patch pocket and replace the other patch pocket with a zip pocket. This is because the inner free-standing zip pocket was quite hard to make, what with the boning and everything. Also I decided to use waterproof nylon for the lining to keep my phone etc dry. Unfortunately the nylon was very slippery and frayed like mad, so with only 1/4in seams, I had to zigzag the very edges to prevent fraying. I am delighted with the finished result, however, and I'm pleased I took the time to personalise the patch pockets to fit my stuff. Note to self - use cotton fabric for the lining next time or add wider seam allowances or both.

AWESOME job and it is great to hear you will make another one and customize it to suit your needs! That's the FUN part! :)
