The baskets were cut using my cameo silhouette out of card stock. I made all the flowers (except for the baby's breath) with the Art Philosophy cricut cartridge and inked the edges with Tim Holtz....I added bling....and feathers....my grand daughters who will be carrying the baskets wanted a more Victorian look.
