What was your inspiration?
I just decided to play with designing my own little bargello block. The result was a block about eight inches square which I put into a little shoulder bag.
What are you most proud of?
Getting all those 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch wide vertical strips straight!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just get out the graph paper and design your own! If you don't feel your sewing skills are yet up to stitching 1/4 inch wide strips, start with something larger.
