What materials did you use? African wax prints

Que tal Joana? Happy to see a new block completed. I only think that the 'star' portion s a little lost by the print next to it. Perhaps the light blue print would've stood out. What is your take after you completed it?

Ol, ndlz! Yes, of course you are right. Between all that cutting and sewing, I lost most of the white portion in one of the prints and with it most of the contrast. Even though, I'm quite happy with this block. I never thought I could make anything like that.

Well done! I love your outlook! Pride in what we make while we can learn. Adelante! Soy Lupe por nombre =)

I liked your first block, and enjoy this one, too. It is difficult to find the right contract when working with such lively prints.

Yes, it is Kate... very difficult!

I thought all your prints were great. I'm following you so I can see the finished project. Can't decide which one I like the best....yet

I don't know if it will be very pretty in the end, but it will certainly be colourful :-)
