Made sure you put the blocks onto a design board or sheet. I used a flannel backed plastic table cloth and pinned it to the curtains in my sewing room - worked a treat! You need to see the layout before you stitch the blocks together because of the print on the Batik fabric.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
I made this for my Reverend Peggy at church. Unfortunately the photos don't really show the beautiful fabrics or the pattern very well and it looks a bit all over the place.....was much nicer in real life.
What are you most proud of?
This was one of 5 quilts I made for Christmas and didn't have much time to do it....so I am pleased with the result....she is very special to me.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Use a design board to place your blocks before you sew them up. See my notes above.
