What materials did you use? Cotton fabrics and batting purchased from JoAnn fabrics. Pattern for the quilt front from the book "On Point Quilts" by Rhetta Warehime.

I had leftover checkerboards from the front piecing. My husband suggested putting them on the back, and so I put them on the corner that would hang down from the bed and be seen from the doorway.
