For the back of my quilt I used materials from my stash plus purchased the white with gold stars for the border.
What was your inspiration?
I wanted to be able to remember the names of the blocks on the front as they were meaningful to me. I also am very functional and didn't want to buy more fabric for the back.
What are you most proud of?
That the back blocks actually coincide with the blocks on front. That I was able to accomplish my goal.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
After thinking up a plan, draw it out on graph paper, and check yourself as you go along.
