Materials

all sorts of flowers, mostly annuals but some perennials. and then a mix of other things that we either just thought was pretty or would work well in our area.

What was your inspiration?

Just love flowers and a pretty back yard. :)

What are you most proud of?

everything! but I really like the way the pink basket come out. I am excited to see everything get more mature looking. we have had some good rain lately and everything is just so pretty.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

after the boring winter its nice to get some color out in the yard. I would say start small, go by a few flowers and either start planting them in and around the yard or in containers. If you then get the bug like I did I had to have more in all sorts of certain places. Now to just sit back and watch how big and even more beautiful they become. a fresh mowed yard just makes everything look so nice you can't help but be proud of it.
