Instructions
I used an existing long-sleeve t-shirt to trace off a pattern and just altered it to open at the front. I decorated each piece with Tour logos and shapes cut from quilting fabric and a band of reflective tape on each arm, then assembled the jersey.Difficulty:

What advice would you give someone starting this project?
The fabric will not stretch where you have added patches, so make sure it will fit loose enough!
