What was your inspiration?

My daughter that has only been crocheting for about a year wanted to make this for a friend, but was unsure of her ability to do it (She could totally do it) So, I told her I would give it a try.

What are you most proud of?

It's my very first attempt at a sweater and it came out great!
This pattern is free on the above mentioned yarn, however I added my own twist to the original pattern. So, it doesn't look exactly like the featured product on the pic.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Read the instructions carefully!
Although I have been crocheting for over 20 years, I had trouble understanding exactly what I was supposed to do when working the "back" of the sweater...also,
I did find a mistake in the hat pattern. It states "rnds 3-11(12)" are done in the same manner.....THIS IS NOT CORRECT! This pattern calls for fpdc and bpdc....all ODD numbered rows are are "Front Post Double Crochet" and all EVEN numbered rows are "Back Post Double Crochet"
