What was your inspiration?
This is an Elizabeth Zimmemann pattern. It is knitted all in one. It is the most fun piece to knit. There are roughly 100 rows. That's it. Its fun to experiment with differnt coloured yarns. The stripes really make these little jackets sing!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Use at least 3 different colours to get a good stripe effect.
