What was your inspiration?

I have looked at a lot of Sunny Spread blankets and have been wanting to make one myself for awhile. I wanted to make it for a boy, so I decided the colors might look good with a chocolate background.

What are you most proud of?

I love how this blanket turned out! It really turned out better than I had expected, now hopefully someone has a baby boy soon

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I made all my circles first and then added the borders to them, it made this a very fast blanket to crochet!

Thanks so much for being inspired to do it in color. I'd have passed over this pattern otherwise. It looks stellar in color. Definitely going to give it a go!

Very nice! I like your tip about making the circles first. It does make it go much faster. I have three of these going at the same time. Changing yarn colors keeps me happy when I am making multiples. I love this pattern. I really like the colors you chose. Very nice blanket!

WOW!! I would LOVE to learn how to make this. I crochet, but do not "know" how to follow a pattern to save my soul. Can I learn from a video class?
