beautiful cake! what technique did you use for the fabulous ruffles?

Thank you all. I found the ruffle technique on a youtube tutorial 'scribing a pattern onto your cake' posted by thefoodcourt. I used adding machine paper to make a scallop template and pinned it to the cake. Then I used a crimper along the template and removed the paper. This gave me the lines to following when applying the ruffles. I used the PME Garette Frill cutter for the ruffles. My intent was to add another row of ruffles but I started running short on time. Thanks for the interest.
