I have been decorating cakes for years and have struggled with getting the top edge of my fondant cakes to be sharp, not rounded. Jessica's method is brilliant!! I had 5 two tier cakes for this week and I used this method on each one of them. It was quick and I was amazed with the final results. Thanks Jessica!
