Instructions

These little shoes are so easy to make. They are in garter stitch, and you will be amazed how with a little bit of increasing and knitting part of row, how quickly you will be able to make the little shoe shapes.

They are knitted on two needles, in one piece, and there is just one very short seam to sew up.

What was your inspiration?

I was asked to do a baby version of my pattern for children's shoe. There is something really cute about knitted shoes, particularly baby ones.

What are you most proud of?

This pattern is very simple. Some of my other patterns have a lot of little bits and sewing up, but I really like the fact that I think anyone, even new knitters will be able to make something lovely with this pattern.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

These will not take you very long, but I bet you won't be able to stop yourself making another pair.
