What are you most proud of? How the feet turned out :)

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just take your time. Make sure you have the support to hold the top baby part of the cake. Very heavy :)

I've seen this before and thought it cute. Going to be a GMa is January and would like to make a cake like this.

Do I have to take a class in order to learn how to make this cake? Or do you have instuctions?

Hi, no .....no class. I saw a pic myself and decided to do this for a friends shower. Im self taught so I just kinda went with it...lol...... It's a pretty BIG cake here..not sure if you need to make it so big. I used a wedding size pan for the bottom then it a 10" and a soccer ball pan for the baby bottom. Whatever flavors you like. It's covered all in fondant. Again whatever colors you would like. The feet and legs are Rice Krispey Treats...formed to the shape you need. then covered in the flesh tone fondant...the toes are fondant. RKT work really well for the feet & legs. If your going to make it as large as I did make sure you put in the support you need. The cake is super heavy and you don't want it to sink inward. If you need anything else just let me know...would love to see your finished cake :) good Luck!!!!
