I found the animal fabric at JoAnns and the matching at Wal-Mart.
What was your inspiration?
One of my son's godfathers' was having a baby boy. I saw the fabrics at JoAnns, and bought them a while ago. I then saw the pattern in the book I bought and thought, that would be cute. The matching fabrics I found at Wal-Mart and Hobby Lobby just out shopping. That's how most of my quilts come together. I just happen to see a fabric I like and build around it.
What are you most proud of?
I actually followed directions in a book instead of making it up as I went along. It came out just like the pattern in the book!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Follow directions to the letter for measuring and cutting, but know that if you make a mistake it is ok. Quilting is a forgiving hobby.
