Materials
For this project I used Cream Debbie Bliss cashmerino DK wool, a small amount of pink and green DK wool, 3 pearl buttons, some matching thread, a 5mm crochet hook for the hat and a 3.5mm hook for the shoes.
What was your inspiration?
I crochet for fun and I like to make beautiful things. when I saw these patterns I realised they were versitile and could be changed up with different flowers and colours. I like to make baby items because they are quicker and cuter!
What are you most proud of?
I'm very proud of all of my work. I like to match everything up and enjoy the finished product and the reactions I get from people. I find it hard to part with the finished items everytime!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Read the patterns, if there are any parts you are unsure about YouTube has some fantastic instructional videos for stitches. Try it out and if you don't succeed the first time just start again. Once you get it once there's no stopping you!
