Style: Traditional, Cute

What was your inspiration?

A baby quilt in a patchwork magazine. This piece ( changing pad cover) is part of a set with a duvet cover, pillow case and 3 cushions.

What are you most proud of?

Everything , although I do have a wonderful Bernina 440QE with stich regulator! I know, its to much of a machine for a beginner, but as I said, I love sewing machines! ;-))

I think your baby quilt set is lovely. I also LOVE sewing machines. I am of German background and my mother found me an old sewing machine she is buying for me, perhaps I will start collecting them. Thankyou for showing us your lovely photos. I wished I could have more time to sew. Monica from Australia

Thank you! I just used instructions from a magazine pattern for the blocks, the rest I figured out myself...The block is just a traditional "courthouse steps". I am sure you can easely find a tutorial for it online. Hope it helps!
