What was your inspiration?
My friend had her first child Noralie this fall and of course that means I had to send a handmade "welcome to the world" present.
What are you most proud of?
I'm amazed at how quick I was able to make these booties. I started one morning and they were packed up in a cute little box by the afternoon so I could bike over the the post office and send them off.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Since these are knit in one flat piece, you'll need to take extra care that your sewn together edges are neat.
