What was your inspiration?
I was looking for gifts to make for my future nephew or niece and found this pattern online and since I work at a Walmart I found a nice inexpensive towel on lunch one day and thought what the heck!
What are you most proud of?
Everyone at the shower thought it was the most ingenious item they had seen - and then when she opened a store bought one they said well, you can use Marchelle's as a christening gown since it is so pretty (and I didn't embroider on it or anything it was just a plain cheap towel!)
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just follow the directions - they are well written and the diagrams she gives on the website help too.
